What about nights, weekends, and holidays?

If our clinic is closed, you can still call our clinic number. An answering service will field your call. If your child is sick, you will be able to speak to a trained pediatric RN who will use the Dr. Barton Schmitt protocol to help take care of your sick child.

What about immunizations?

We believe that immunizing children is the single most important thing that we do. Statistics back that belief up. Worldwide every year, over 1,000,000 children die from vaccine preventable illnesses. We would never want 1 of those to be yours.

Do you have a HIPAA policy?

We take keeping your health information private very seriously. Please see our HIPAA Notice of Patient Privacy here…

Does private practice mean that it is exclusive or requires a membership?

Absolutely not. We believe that all children deserve excellent medical care. We will always accept new patients.

Will I be able to see my doctor?

Illness is never convenient or predictable. Our pediatricians offer same day appointments. We guarantee that your child can be seen within 24 hours.

How do I change my PCP to Dr. Henley?

For ARKids, to change your PCP to Dr. Henley, follow the links below. The first is the general site for Connect Care. The next link is for the online change form. Select the link, then on the next page, select which Dr. Henley you see. Simply fill out the following page and hit submit.

Are you twins?

No. Unless twins make you happy. Then we will pretend to be twins.
